A study I undertook during 2017 (supported by a Carlow Arts Office Award), which began as a review of international art and sustainability for County Carlow, quickly grew to scope policy for Ireland.
The study argues the potential central role the Irish art sector has for engaging civil society toward more sustainable futures.
